Hi! Thanks for buying a piece of jewelry from me. When you purchase, your payment is an agreement to these terms.

First things first - if you make a purchase through this Shopify website, you will be receiving an email from me confirming your order and asking you for a piece of additional information as a method of fraud prevention. If you do not reply within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. 

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. You, the buyer, acknowledge by purchasing you are buying a used piece of jewelry. The jewelry I sell are estate pieces, meaning second hand. Some antique, some vintage. This means they’ve been worn, will not look new, have wear & tear, dings, discoloration, and may have unseen issues or weaknesses from age/wear. I do my best to disclose any MAJOR flaws, but I am one human being and not a goldsmith. This risk is part of buying estate/vintage. EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS IS. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. Once you have purchased, the item is yours.

If you feel I’ve made a gross misrepresentation (for example, I said it was 18k and it was actually 10k gold), you have 3 days upon receipt of your item to bring the issue to my attention so we can discuss options to remedy the situation. If an item needs to be returned, an insured label will be issued and it is expected that you will send that return within 3 days, well packaged, and in the condition in which it was sent to you.

All orders placed on my website include ground shipping, shipping insurance and signature confirmation.

If an item is lost or damaged during shipment, please notify me immediately so I can file an insurance claim. Once the insurer has reimbursed me for the lost package, I will reimburse the customer.
