14k synthetic sapphire and diamond ring size 5.75

I have been lucky to have a few rings of this style come through my door and I have a similar one in my person collection. I get compliment on it every time I wear it. It's a stunner! This one features a central old cut diamond that's about 0.2ct (I'd rather estimate low than high!) and is surrounded by synthetic sapphires to make a beautiful square setting. It's all done in 14k white gold and it's a size 5.75.
