Old Mine Cut Diamond 3 Stone 14k Ring size 6.5-6.75

This vintage, possibly antique, ring features 3 diamonds set in white gold with yellow gold for the band. The center measures around 4.5mm (around 0.4ct), sides around 2.8mm (0.08ct each). The center has a yellowish tone to it while the side diamonds are whiter. The band is *very* thin on the back of this ring so it would need to be reshanked if you wanted to size it up at all. It measures right now between size 6.5 and 6.75 on my mandrel.
